Free tier
No charge, no refund. The free tier is provided as-is within published rate limits.
Paid tiers (when billing opens)
Paid subscriptions will be processed through Paddle, our Merchant-of-Record. Refunds are handled directly by Paddle under their published policy.
- Monthly subscriptions: cancellable any time; access stops at the end of the paid billing period. No pro-rata refund for the current month unless the service is unavailable for material portions of it.
- Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back window from first payment. After 30 days, refunds are handled case-by-case — typically pro-rata for the unused portion.
- Material outages: if the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a calendar month (as observed on
/v1/status), that month is refunded on request.
How to request
A refund-request channel will open alongside the billing stack. Paddle customer support is the authoritative path once it is wired; a direct contact will appear on this page at that time.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please try the refund path above first. Unilateral chargebacks without a prior refund request may result in the associated API key being revoked.
